Individual workshop for 1–2 people about how to make a bezel ring with a natural cabochon stone. At this workshop, you will make a ring first, then a bezel for the stone, solder them together, set the stone, and polish the ring.

You will work directly in silver. 5g of silver is included (extra silver: 1g = 1.5€). Please check the photos to see what shapes are possible.

Teacher: Yuri

Duration: 5–6 hours with a break (first 3 hours: making the ring; next 3 hours: setting the stone).

Note: Stone is not included. Please bring a cabochon stone with a flat back, or seaglass. A good place to buy stones is Cristallajoia, near Metro Jaume I, Barcelona. Avoid amber—it is fragile.

If you want to make a signet-style or irregular-shaped ring with a natural stone, you need the Lost Wax Workshop. You'll make a wax model, we'll cast it in 6 days, and you’ll return to polish and set the stone. This combination costs 140€ (5g silver included; extra silver = 1g = 1.5€).
