This course is a pack of 8 classes (3 hours each) where you can learn how to make silver jewelry working with wax and with silver. The maximum of people at 1 class is 6 people. We will start with defining your goal, looking at the style of jewelry that you want to make and then at the classes you will make different pieces of jewelry and learn by practicing. I will give each person their own tasks to make the education process more efficient. I am very much against the traditional learning approach and i believe that you only need to learn what is really necessary to make what you want. Before you buy the course you need to show me your Pinterest board with the inspiration that you have. (whatsapp me) You also need to tell me the goal of your classes, for example you want to make jewelry to sell.
As we are preparing you as an independent jeweller, buying metal and casting your pieces will be on you. I will tell you where you can buy silver and cast your pieces. Course price doesn't include that.
I will have some options of the time that you can book. It is not obligatory to come every week. You buy a pack of 8 classes and you can use them when you want. The limit to use all of them will be 3 months.
If you want to learn classic (boring) jewelry which you see in jewelry shops, this course is not for you. I only show the ways how to make designer handmade jewelry.
We are not an official school so I will not give you a diploma, but I can make you a certificate of attendance (unofficial)
