Delivery and returns
Every piece at Epos Jewelry is created by hand in Barcelona, using the help of local companies. When you place the order we produce your desired piece of jewelry in 1-1.5 weeks and ship your order as fast as possible. Every piece goes through our hands, we polish everything ourselves, so slight imperfections and differences may occur.
We will send your order with the shipping company that you will choose at the checkout. Please write your phone number so that the shipping company can contact you.
We accept returns only in case if your order has arrived broken or you have received not the piece that you ordered.
We don't accept returns if the size doesn't fit.

All international shipments (outside the European Union) and to the Canary Islands will be subject to customs duties if required by the destination country. Epos Jewelry has no control over these duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. According to Spanish export laws, Epos Jewelry must declare the real prices when exporting the goods. For more information on customs duties in your country, contact your local customs department. If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes on the shipment once it has left our warehouse, they can return it and the costs that will be deducted will be the shipping cost (both ways) and the customs clearance fee notified by the courier.
